Shipping Policy

General Information

Thank you for shopping with Contact Front Airsoft & Paintball. We ship all orders from our warehouse in Livonia, Michigan. Please review the following information carefully before placing your order.

  • Orders placed by 11:00 AM EST on business days will ship the same day, subject to stock availability and order verification.
  • Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship the next business day.
  • During busy holiday seasons, please allow an additional 1–2 business days for processing.
  • You may be contacted if your billing and shipping addresses differ.
  • It is your sole responsibility to know and comply with all federal, state, and local laws governing the purchase, possession, and use of airsoft guns, airguns, paintball markers, and related products in your jurisdiction.
  • Certain products such as CO2, Green/Red/Black gas, blank guns, blank ammo, and select PCPs can only be shipped via ground due to carrier restrictions. These items cannot be shipped to Puerto Rico, Guam, Alaska, Hawaii, or any location requiring air shipment.

Same Day Shipping

Contact Front Airsoft & Paintball offers same-day shipping on orders placed by 11:00 AM EST, Monday through Friday, provided all items are in stock at our Michigan warehouse.

The following may delay your order:

  • Incorrect Billing or Shipping Address — Ensure your billing address matches what your card issuer has on file and that billing and shipping addresses are not accidentally reversed.
  • Order Verification — We may need to verify your order to prevent fraud. Please provide a valid phone number where you can be reached during business hours.
  • Out of Stock Items — While we do our best to keep inventory updated, items occasionally sell out. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you of the expected ship date.
  • Restricted Addresses — Some state and local laws prevent us from shipping certain products to specific locations. See Shipping Restrictions below.

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Shipping Carriers

We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Available shipping options and rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and order weight. Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update in the carrier's system.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery dates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location, selected shipping speed, and carrier availability. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method chosen and your distance from our warehouse in Livonia, Michigan.

Please note that estimated delivery dates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier disruptions, or peak holiday seasons. Contact Front Airsoft & Paintball is not responsible for carrier delays once your order has been shipped.

Signature Requirements

Contact Front Airsoft & Paintball does not currently require a signature upon delivery. However, individual carriers may require a signature at their discretion for high-value packages. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, please follow your carrier's instructions for rescheduling or redirecting your package.

Shipping Restrictions

Certain products are restricted in specific states and cities. It is your responsibility to know the laws in your area. The following is a list of known restricted areas — this list is not exhaustive.

New York City, NY (Zip codes: 100xx–104xx, 111xx, 112xx–114xx, 116xx)

What if I live in a restricted area?
You may ship your order to an alternate unrestricted address, such as a friend or relative's address outside the restricted zone. It remains your responsibility to comply with all applicable laws. For further assistance, contact us at (734) 744-8800 or support@contactfrontairsoft.com.

International Shipping

At this time, Contact Front Airsoft & Paintball does not offer international shipping. We ship within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii, with certain product restrictions. We do not accept international orders. Any orders placed from outside the United States will be cancelled and fully refunded.

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please inspect your order upon delivery and follow these steps:

  • Report Within 48 Hours: Shipping damage must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this window may not be eligible for a replacement or refund.
  • Document the Damage: Take clear photos of the damaged item, the packaging (inside and out), and the shipping label before moving or discarding anything.
  • Contact Us: Email support@contactfrontairsoft.com or call 734-744-8800 with your order number and photos attached.
  • Do Not Use the Item: Using a damaged item may further complicate the claim process and could affect eligibility for replacement.

Replacements or refunds are issued only after the carrier claim is reviewed and approved. Do not discard any packaging materials until the claim is fully resolved.
